tender for training in enterprise development

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi is currently in the process of designing a technical/vocational course for adolescent girls aged 9-19 in three districts of South Punjab (Rahimyarkhan, Bahawalpur and Muzaffarhgarh). 2700 girls are likely to benefit from this course over a period of two years. However, in the first phase training and service contracts will be rolled over only for the first two batches targeting 600 beneficiaries (200 per district).

Reputed firms are invited to submit a technical and financial proposal* to design and deliver a short training program in the areas of enterprise development. Applicants should demonstrate their understanding of the micro-enterprise development and their proposals should be aimed specifically at equipping marginalized girls with market-centered skills making them competitive for the workforce.

*Financial proposal should include material development, provision of trained and certified trainers and trainers’ travel and lodging. It should not include printing of manuals/multiple copies and cost of arranging venue and lunch for participants.
