The threats of Climate Change are fast increasing and the stakes have never been higher. There is a climate emergency and Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) realizes its responsibility towards climate action. ITA joined the Global Climate Change Strike from all across Pakistan by participating in Climate Marches in various cities and organizing several activities to raise concern over Climate Change. ITA teams in Lahore and Karachi joined the Climate March organized by Climate Action Now in respective cities while awareness walks and activities related to Climate Change were held in our Siyani Sahelian hubs in Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh and Rahim Yar Khan. The mobilization activities were a response to the global climate crisis that has posed significant risk to the existence of living beings. As a civil society organization working towards a sustainable future, ITA demands action to mitigate the serious impacts of climate change in the country.
