Baela Raza Jamil, CEO of Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) centre for education and consciousness and the founder of the Children's and Teachers' Literature Festivals in Pakistan. Baela has worked with provincial and federal governments as a technical advisor in education sector reforms, public private partnerships, innovations and financing. She leads the citizen led assessment and accountability initiative, the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) Pakistan which was the trigger for the CLF in 2011 due to the low learning outcomes of children. Baela seeks to mobilize multiple allies to make Pakistan Learning Festival into a Social Movement for - promoting reading, expression and creativity as an Equalizer. She is serving as a Commissioner to the Education Commission and is associated with many global, regaional and national and provincial Boards.

With a passion to make a career in the development sector, Sehar Saeed has been working in the field of education for the last 10 years. She has worked extensively in the areas of quality, community based initiatives for education, popularizing early childhood education programs etc. across Pakistan. Sehar is presently working as Deputy Director Research at ITA, and oversees large scale surveys, service delivery programs, impact evaluations etc. As part of a geographically widespread portfolio, her work extends beyond research into policy and implementation in the field. She had opportunities to work with researchers, policy officials and education department bureaucrats that play a major role in shaping the educational landscape in Pakistan.

Muhammad Asif Sultan is Director Operations & Compliance at Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi Centre for Education and Consciousness (ITA). He is chartered accountant with more then fifteen years of professional experience of business advisory, audit and assurance, compliance and system assessments including system automation (ERP development & implementation). In addition to this, he has diversified experience of development sector with specialisation in the areas of financial management, HR & procurement, management & financial reporting, due diligence, statutory compliances, internal, external & special audits including relationship management with key partners.

Muhammad Abubakar was born and raised in Walled City, Lahore. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the development sector in Pakistan, with a diverse portfolio comprising a vast ¬¬variety of designs, such as but not limited to logos, brochures, reports, advocacy material, presentations, giveaways, event management tools, digital graphic user interface - GUIs and social media graphics. He is highly skilled with various design tools and programs. He is highly creative with the ability to work well within a team. Extensive experience in managing diverse team of artists like designers, printers, social media handlers and coordinating with them to deliver a single product. Abubakar holds a Bachelor in Arts from the Punjab University, Lahore and he is a qualified Graphic Design from the National College of Arts, all of which only further molded his passion for graphic designing.

IT specialist with a Master's Degree in Computer Science and having experience in Mysql, PHP, ASP, ASPDotNet, JavaScript, and Photoshop. I have more than 15 years of experience in the industry and I am proficient with a wide variety of Web development, Database Management, security, engineering, and managing operating system software. It is my goal as IT Manager at Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) to utilize my experience and knowledge so that ITA can enhance and strengthen in IT field.

Aftab Ahmad has more than 15 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio comprising a vast variety of designs, such as logos, brochures, Training Manuals, Annual Reports, advocacy material, presentations, giveaway materials, and promotional material for various events. He is skilled at working fast and under pressure, able to quickly understand the requirements of the team and produce a plan for achieving success. Aftab holds a Bachelor in Arts from Punjab University and is a qualified Photographer from the Beaconhouse National University.

Waseem Rasheed is an English, Urdu, and Math composer with additional skills in graphic design. Composing and designing materials for students, educators, trainers, and researchers is an area of expertise for him. Previously, he worked for a renowned publishing house for 10+ years.

Fatima Jaffar is working in ITA as a Project Coordinator (LSK/PEF/PEIMA) she is a Psychologist and an active human rights defender, working hard for the psychosocial well being and empowerment of survivors/victims and other vulnerable groups of society. She is an Alumni of the International Visitor leadership program (IVLP) supported by the American State Department and visited the USA for a coalition building network on Gender Based Violence. As an organizational member, she is working to ensure basic and life skill based education of children involved in child labour and for empowerment of their families through skill development.

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey with ITA since February, 2018. The dynamic team here has always pushed me to do better." Muhammad Shakeel Ahmad is leading ITA Pakistan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He has majored in Communication and Operations Management and has worked with multiple National and International Organizations during his 11-year professional career. He is a certified trainer of play based learning methodologies and has trained people of all age groups and ranks.

Mariam Shah has 9 years of diversified experience in education sector and is working with Idara -e-Taleem-o-Aagahi from last 2 years as Manager WSIP-ECE. She holds Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology and is a passionate educationist. Through her various roles she holds proficiency in Early Childhood Education, Art of Storytelling, Curriculum Development, STEAM education, Teacher Training and Capacity Building, with expertise in program design and management.

Rehmat Ghazi has been working with ITA in the capacity of Admin & HR officer and is based in Islamabad. He has versatile experience in the field of Administration, Procurement & Human Resources Management of different NGOs for over a decade. He is an efficient and outcome-oriented management professional with an ambition to facilitate program teams for effective service delivery.

Shakeela Maqsood is an educationist and social development professional having 15 years of experience. She is currently working as Education Coordinator in District Rahim Yar Khan. Her ability to build strong relationships with community members and stakeholders has been instrumental in the success of projects. She is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to design, implement, and evaluate education programs that meet the needs of diverse populations. Throughout her career, she has worked with a range of organizations and institutions, including schools, non-profits, and government agencies. She has demonstrated leadership in these roles, effectively managing teams and resources to achieve meaningful outcomes.

I am Hafiz Naveed Ahmed. I have been working as an Admin and Finance Officer in IDARA E TALEEM O AAGAHI at District Rahim Yar Khan for about one and a half years. I have more than 7 years of work experience in various industries and NGOs in admin, HR, Procurement, and finance departments and working as a freelancer with some expertise in IT including Android Development, Graphic Designing, Web Development, Video Editing and Forex Trading…. I am very familiar with the leadership responsibilities associated with this profession as I have experience working with vendors, clients, and investors, along with each department to coordinate and carry out multiple projects from beginning to end. Syed Azizullah Safdar Rizvi holds an MPhil in Education Leadership and Management from LUMS and brings experience in designing, managing, and implementing innovative education programs. Currently serving as Manager Academics at Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aaghai (ITA), he leads transformative initiatives such as the ConnectED Program, which impacts over 50 schools, with a focus on improving foundational literacy and numeracy, Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), and enhancing teacher capacity. As a contributing member of Pakistan's National Education Policy 2024, Syed has played a pivotal role in aligning education frameworks with both national priorities and global standards. His expertise spans curriculum development, digital literacy training, data-driven school improvement strategies, and professional development of educators

I'm Sheikh Faisal Sardar, holding a Master's degree from the University of Punjab. With a solid professional background spanning seven years, I have excelled in various roles, including team leadership, project management, social mobilization supervision, training, and monitoring and evaluation. My career highlights involve successfully leading teams, conducting training sessions, and implementing projects across diverse areas such as sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), gender-based violence (GBV), Pre-Marital Counselling (PMC), education, poverty alleviation, and COVID-19 response. Since October 23, I've been serving as a District Manager at Idara e Taleem O Aagahi Chiniot, where I contribute to a project funded by PEIMA & FEP. I am particularly delighted to be part of ITA, an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of education. I'm a highly motivated IT professional with a Master's Degree in Computer Sciences from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. I have over 6 years of industry experience encompassing SQL, Windows Servers, Office 365, Active Directory Management, Software-Hardware troubleshooting, User Support, and Networking. My proficiency extends to diverse areas, including Server deployment, Database Management, Firewall, and operating system software management. She holds an MPhil degree in Mass Communications, which showcases her dedication and expertise in the field. With a diverse background, she has excelled as a content specialist for various marketing agencies in Karachi. Furthermore, Maham has also been associated with different news agencies, leveraging her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Karachi. Her multifaceted experience and educational background make her a valuable asset at Idara Taleem o Agahi.

I'm Ali Raza, a passionate Coach Mentor at the Pakistan Literacy Project. With a strong commitment to promoting literacy and a love for libraries, book reading, and storytelling, I'm on a mission to ignite a lifelong passion for learning among young minds. My role as a Coach Mentor involves empowering and guiding children on their educational journey. I believe that the magic of storytelling not only captivates young imaginations but also lays the foundation for a strong educational base. My background in theatre adds a unique dimension to my mentoring approach, making learning a fun and engaging experience for the kids.

Gulshan Ashfaq, she has a master in social work from Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB). She is working in development sector since 2011 with Different organization. She served her services as social Mobilizer, Master trainer, District field Coordinator. Now she has been working with ITA as Coach Mentor from 2020 in Pakistan Literacy Project. She served her services in Bahawalpur and Multan PLF and attended 4th International Conference on ECD in Islamabad. She is best in Read Aloud and she has recorded model read Aloud story "Ya hay Bhoot" also.

My 9 years of experience with ITA so far has been a transforming journey. As a District Manager, I have got a chance to work and bring change in both rural and urban areas of Sindh by implementing various ITA programs for the growth and betterment of the students, families, and communities. Together we have worked for floods and COVID-19 pandemic emergency response and it gives me a great fulfilment to work for my communities.

Amber Taseer, a sociologist having master’s degree from the University of Punjab and 15 years of diversified experience of customer services, is associated with Idara e Taleem o Agahi for more than three years. Having strong belief in core values, efficiency, responsibility and integrity her fdocus is on effective interactions with internal and external customers including efficient handling of administrative matters of the organization.

I am Hamna. My past working experience is in Banking Sector. From last Two years I am working as a coach mentor. As an employee of Idara Taleem o Aagahi I am learning multiple skills related to the social sector. My experience with the child friendly library is going very well. Reading to children and encouraging them to develop their literacy habits is one of the most important commitments during my job.

I completed my BS(Hon's). I've been working with Idara-e-Taleem since last one year. At that time, I'm working in the position of Regional Finance Officer (Karachi). I wish to work in a senior position, contributing to the betterment of my workplace and society. I am a self-motivated, and disciplined soul. Zulfiqar Ali has a background in Economics and Education from LUMS. He is currently working as a Data Analyst at ITA and has experience in both the corporate and development sector. Zulfiqar is a data enthusiast and has a deep interest in approaching the educational problems of Pakistan through the lens of data and hence providing evidence for targeted interventions. Zulfiqar believes in social justice in Education and wants to pursue his career in advocatinging for evidence-based educational policies for the underserved communities. I am Ammad Afzal, a dedicated professional residing in Toba Tek Singh, holds a Master's in Economics from the esteemed University of Balochistan, Quetta. With over a decade of extensive expertise in mobilization, monitoring, supervision, coordination, and training, he has made significant contributions in health, education, and agriculture sectors across Punjab, Sindh, GB, AJK, and KPK regions. My impactful journey spans collaborations with a multitude of governmental and non-governmental organizations such as Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, Punjab Bureau of Statistics, Aga Khan University, PIDE (Pakistan institute of Development Economics), Bargad, and SUNGI Development Foundation. Arooj Khalid is a climate and girls' education activist. She completed her Master's in Education Policy from Harvard University and currently works to improve access and quality of education for marginalized groups at Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi. She is also a Fulbright Scholar and an Acumen and Malala Fund Fellow. Previously, she has represented Pakistan’s education sector on intergovernmental platforms, impacting thousands of children through her work with the Malala Fund, UNESCO IIEP, UNICEF, TCF, and Science Fuse. Arooj is a member of the Board of Directors at Youth Journalism International and an aspiring children’s author.

Fizza Choudhary is an advocate for gender equality and a feminist. She works as a Monitoring & Evaluation Manager in the Aawaz II project at ITA and is a dedicated scholar in Criminology. Known for her stance against patriarchy and gender-based violence (GBV), she actively challenges the myths that hold young girls back, making her a symbol of hope and change. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to breaking down barriers, addressing GBV, and building a fairer, more inclusive society.

I Hafiza Zainab Shah i am experienced academic professional with an M.Phil. in Physics and a B.Ed. degree. With over six years of experience in the education development sector, i m serving as an Academic Coordinator at ITA for the past three years. I possesses expertise in curriculum development and teacher training, contributing significantly to the enhancement of educational practices.

Joshua Dilawar is the Programme Manager l Aawaz-ll at Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), with extensive experience working on youth empowerment, gender equality, GBV, Population, and climate action. With a Master's degree in Political Science, a Health Leadership certification from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and certifications as a Master Trainer from the Bill and Melinda Gates Institute, Oxfam, and the British Council, Joshua brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His skills in program management, capacity building, advocacy, and strategic planning make him a dynamic leader dedicated to fostering meaningful change and sustainable development.
