Position: Manager Training and Quality Assurance – 1
Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences/Economics/Education/English
Experience:The candidate should have 5-7 years’ of experience in designing and implementing training
programs aligned with TaRL methodologies, ensuring quality through assessments, and organizing
capacity-building workshops while effectively reporting on outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs for teachers and staff.
  • Ensure training content is aligned with TaRL methodologies and project goals.
  • Implement quality assurance mechanisms to ensure high standards in training delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to trainers.
  • Organize capacity-building workshops and sessions for project staff and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
