Location: Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan

Education: BA or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. B.Ed. would be a plus

Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience in a similar educational setting, ideally in schools within Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur or nearby regions.

Job Description:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Ensure that teaching materials are effectively utilized to enhance student learning.
• Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to motivate students.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and classroom observations.
• Effectively implement ASER assessment tool
• Provide constructive feedback to students and offer guidance for improvement.
• Track and document student performance and maintain accurate records of assessments.
• Establish and maintain clear rules and expectations for behavior in the classroom.
• Implement an incentive and reward system to condition students towards disciplined behavior.
• Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the smooth running of the educational program.
• Participate in school meetings, curriculum development activities, and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school management regarding academic progress and student well-being.
• Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and educational trends to enhance classroom practices.
• Ensure adherence to ITA’s code of conduct, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with Safeguarding and PSEA policies.
