He has majored in Communication and Operations Management and has worked with multiple National and International Organizations during his 11-year professional career. He is a certified trainer of play based learning methodologies and has trained people of all age groups and ranks.

Mariam Shah has 9 years of diversified experience in education sector and is working with Idara -e-Taleem-o-Aagahi from last 2 years as Manager WSIP-ECE. She holds Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology and is a passionate educationist. Through her various roles she holds proficiency in Early Childhood Education, Art of Storytelling, Curriculum Development, STEAM education, Teacher Training and Capacity Building, with expertise in program design and management.

Syed Yasir Raza is a human rights activist. Having more than 8 years’ diversified development sector experience as a part of both National and International organizations. He has a Multi- component experience like Child protection and rights, Livelihood, WASH, Health and Education. He served his service as technical assistance in, Project Management, Development of Monitoring & Evaluation tools/ indicators, policies, research studies and evaluation of Social mobilization Projects. Currently he is working with Idara-e-Taleem-o-aghi (ITA) since 2020 as a part of PEF/PEIMA Project in Bahawalpur district as a District Project Coordinator. He served his services in BWP PLF and conducted story telling sessions with children. He have a good knowledge about ECD and will use his expertise in ITA PEF/PEIMA schools for the best interest of the children from backward areas of district Bahawalpur.

Rehmat Ghazi has been working with ITA in the capacity of Admin & HR officer and is based in Islamabad. He has versatile experience in the field of Administration, Procurement & Human Resources Management of different NGOs for over a decade. He is an efficient and outcome-oriented management professional with an ambition to facilitate program teams for effective service delivery.

I am Hafiz Naveed Ahmed. I have been working as an Admin and Finance Officer in IDARA E TALEEM O AAGAHI at District Rahim Yar Khan for about one and a half years. I have more than 7 years of work experience in various industries and NGOs in admin, HR, Procurement, and finance departments and working as a freelancer with some expertise in IT including Android Development, Graphic Designing, Web Development, Video Editing and Forex Trading…. I am very familiar with the leadership responsibilities associated with this profession as I have experience working with vendors, clients, and investors, along with each department to coordinate and carry out multiple projects from beginning to end. As admin & finance officer I thrive under pressure and have the ability to work fast, while maintaining a professional, friendly mind-set…. In my previous places of employment I worked hard to drive continuous improvements for Admin & finance operations through the careful implementation of process enhancements. I would very much like to do the same for IDARA E TALEEM O AAGAHI.

Talha Iftikhar is a business graduate with over 6 years of working experience of project management, monitoring, implementation and data analysis with various organizations including schools, non-profits, and government agencies. Currently working with Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi, monitoring the project activities, conducing field visits to project areas, managing the district teams to ensure the effective implementation of the project.

My name is Bilawal Sajjad and I am working with ITA in the capacity of Finance & Admin officer and is based in Bahawalpur District.I have an experience in the field of Administration, Procurement & Finance of different NGOs . I am an efficient person who facilitates program teams with administration and finance related tasks for effective service delivery. I have strong coordination,analytical and problem-solving skills.

Malaika graduated from LCWU and is a beginner in the development sector. She strongly believes in ethical values, integrity, accountability and transparency. Currently designated as an Intern in the HR department and acquiring experience of the best culture-oriented organization.

Syed Naveed Raza has been working as a Regional Finance Officer in Islamabad office of IDARA ETALEEM O AAGAHI since 2022. He has done MBA (Banking & Finance) having a professional experience of about 18 years. He has worked in corporate & developing sectors and have in-depth knowledge in accounting principles and procedures. He has a proven track record of strong organizational and management abilities. He has very good relations with his colleagues and he proved himself as an asset of organization.

Muhammad Tayyab works as an Assistant to Team Lead in ITA. He is responsible to facilitate the publishers associated with the ITA in reference to producing and developing 15 story books for children. Prior to ITA, he taught politics, history, and gender studies at a Post-Graduate College and he has also been an Academic Writer. Besides his professional career, he is associated with Peace Without Borders-Pakistan, to promote peace and harmony among peoples of different socio-cultural and religious backgrounds.

Embarking on my professional journey at ITA, I bring a robust educational background, including an MPhil in Education Leadership and Management and a BS (Hons) from Forman Christian College University Lahore. With four years of dedicated experience in the education sector, these academic qualifications serve as the cornerstone of my career, providing a solid foundation for the dynamic challenges and opportunities encountered at ITA. My journey with ITA has been a whirlwind of learning, collaboration, and professional development. Interacting with students remains the heart of this experience. Witnessing their enthusiasm for learning and being able to contribute to their educational journey is incredibly rewarding. As I embrace the ever-evolving nature of academia, I am thankful to ITA for these incredible experiences I've had so far and for the chance to contribute meaningfully to the academic community.

I'm Sheikh Faisal Sardar, holding a Master's degree from the University of Punjab. With a solid professional background spanning seven years, I have excelled in various roles, including team leadership, project management, social mobilization supervision, training, and monitoring and evaluation. My career highlights involve successfully leading teams, conducting training sessions, and implementing projects across diverse areas such as sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), gender-based violence (GBV), Pre-Marital Counselling (PMC), education, poverty alleviation, and COVID-19 response. Since October 23, I've been serving as a District Manager at Idara e Taleem O Aagahi Chiniot, where I contribute to a project funded by PEIMA & FEP. I am particularly delighted to be part of ITA, an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of education. Recognizing education as a cornerstone of a nation's success, I find great fulfilment in my role in contributing to this impactful initiative.

I'm a highly motivated IT professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences from Air University Islamabad. I have over 2 years of industry experience encompassing SQL, Windows Servers, Office 365, Active Directory Management, Software-Hardware troubleshooting, User Support, and Networking. My proficiency extends to diverse areas, including Server deployment, Database Management, Firewall, and operating system software management. In my role as IT Coordinator at Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), my objective is to apply my expertise to elevate ITA's capabilities and bolster its standing in the IT field.

I am Anisha Saleem, currently serving as a Data Analyst at ITA since June 2022. I hold a BSc in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Science. Prior to joining ITA, I garnered valuable experience during my 1.5-year tenure at TCF in a similar role. My expertise lies in analytical skills, encompassing data collection, evaluation, and analysis, as well as conducting literature reviews and report writing. I possess strengths in critical thinking, adaptability, time management, and effective teamwork.

Maham, with her vibrant personality, brings a ray of sunshine to the work environment every day. She holds an MPhil degree in Mass Communications, which showcases her dedication and expertise in the field. With a diverse background, she has excelled as a content specialist for various marketing agencies in Karachi. Furthermore, Maham has also been associated with different news agencies, leveraging her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Karachi. Her multifaceted experience and educational background make her a valuable asset at Idara Taleem o Agahi.

Naeem Ullah is an open-minded mobile developer with a B.S. in Computer Science. He has dedicated most of his career to mobile development, specializing in Android native, Flutter, architectures, Firebase, REST APIs, and Agile software development. Proficient in Dart, Kotlin, and Java, he has successfully developed and published numerous applications across various industries over the past four years. Currently working with ITA, Naeem Ullah is driven by the goal of achieving maximum efficiency in every project, learning from each experience, and using that knowledge to continually enhance and deliver high-quality products for ITA.

I'm Ali Raza, a passionate Coach Mentor at the Pakistan Literacy Project. With a strong commitment to promoting literacy and a love for libraries, book reading, and storytelling, I'm on a mission to ignite a lifelong passion for learning among young minds. My role as a Coach Mentor involves empowering and guiding children on their educational journey. I believe that the magic of storytelling not only captivates young imaginations but also lays the foundation for a strong educational base. My background in theatre adds a unique dimension to my mentoring approach, making learning a fun and engaging experience for the kids.

Gulshan Ashfaq, she has a master in social work from Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB). She is working in development sector since 2011 with Different organization. She served her services as social Mobilizer, Master trainer, District field Coordinator. Now she has been working with ITA as Coach Mentor from 2020 in Pakistan Literacy Project. She served her services in Bahawalpur and Multan PLF and attended 4th International Conference on ECD in Islamabad. She is best in Read Aloud and she has recorded model read Aloud story "Ya hay Bhoot" also.

I am Javeria Farrukh. I have mastered in Fine Arts. I have had the opportunity to work with various organizations for the last 13 years, mostly based on children's rights. Besides being a social worker, my hobby is creative art, drawing, print making and abstract art. Previous For three years I have been associated with Idara e taleem o agahi were making children aware of the importance of books through various activities is the top priority.

My 9 years of experience with ITA so far has been a transforming journey. As a District Manager, I have got a chance to work and bring change in both rural and urban areas of Sindh by implementing various ITA programs for the growth and betterment of the students, families, and communities. Together we have worked for floods and COVID-19 pandemic emergency response and it gives me a great fulfilment to work for my communities.

My name is Dr. Muhammad Amjad Maqsood. I'm working with ITA from last 06 years. In my 06 years of experience with ITA so far has been a transforming journey. As a District Coordinator, I have got a chance to work and bring change in both Kasur and Lahore districts of Punjab by implementing various ITA programs for the growth and betterment of the students, families, and communities. Together we have worked during COVID-19 pandemic emergency response and it gives me a great fulfilment to work for my communities.

Amber Taseer, a sociologist having master’s degree from the University of Punjab and 15 years of diversified experience of customer services, is associated with Idara e Taleem o Agahi for more than three years. Having strong belief in core values, efficiency, responsibility and integrity her fdocus is on effective interactions with internal and external customers including efficient handling of administrative matters of the organization.

I am Hamna. My past working experience is in Banking Sector. From last Two years I am working as a coach mentor. As an employee of Idara Taleem o Aagahi I am learning multiple skills related to the social sector. My experience with the child friendly library is going very well. Reading to children and encouraging them to develop their literacy habits is one of the most important commitments during my job.

I completed my BS(Hon's). I've been working with Idara-e-Taleem since last one year. At that time, I'm working in the position of Regional Finance Officer (Karachi). I wish to work in a senior position, contributing to the betterment of my workplace and society. I am a self-motivated, and disciplined soul. I am always keen to up-skill myself by learning new things whenever I get a chance.

Zulfiqar Ali has a background in Economics and Education from LUMS. He is currently working as a Data Analyst at ITA and has experience in both the corporate and development sector. Zulfiqar is a data enthusiast and has a deep interest in approaching the educational problems of Pakistan through the lens of data and hence providing evidence for targeted interventions. Zulfiqar believes in social justice in Education and wants to pursue his career in advocatinging for evidence-based educational policies for the underserved communities. He is an EDM aficionado and spends his leisure time reading books and camping.

Fatima is a development economist with expertise in primary research, data analysis, secondary research and project management. She is specifically interested and has experience in education, financial inclusion, renewable energy, health and transportation sector. She holds a Masters in Economics from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, Pakistan. She has experience of working as an independent researcher for IBA, SIMA Funds and multiple projects in the development sector. Currently she is working as a researcher for ITA, her primary role is monitoring ASER Sindh, supporting the project management & impact evaluation of TaRL/CPB Camps, impact assessment, research and training support for various projects.

I am Ammad Afzal, a dedicated professional residing in Toba Tek Singh, holds a Master's in Economics from the esteemed University of Balochistan, Quetta. With over a decade of extensive expertise in mobilization, monitoring, supervision, coordination, and training, he has made significant contributions in health, education, and agriculture sectors across Punjab, Sindh, GB, AJK, and KPK regions. My impactful journey spans collaborations with a multitude of governmental and non-governmental organizations such as Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, Punjab Bureau of Statistics, Aga Khan University, PIDE (Pakistan institute of Development Economics), Bargad, and SUNGI Development Foundation. His commitment to social and developmental causes shines through his tenure with diverse entities like APEX Consulting Pak, Urban Unit, and the Population Council During my tenure as a Project Coordinator at ITA, I embarked on a unique and enriching learning journey. The supportive environment fostered not just support but invaluable mentorship from both staff and seniors. This experience honed my skills in management, team building, and adept liaison with governmental and non-governmental bodies. I mastered the art of effective time management and quick decision-making even under pressure.
