Children’s Literature Festival (CLF) is now rebranded as the Pakistan Learning Festival (PLF) as a movement to generate positive social capital creating networks and associations for the purpose of ‘unlocking the power of learning, reading, self-expression and critical thinking”. The festival is curated across multiple-learning strands, is multi-disciplinary, multi-lingual and inclusive for all. PLF targets children (3-18); teachers and youth in colleges and universities.
Our Story
CLF began in November 2011 focused on children primarily to counter poor learning and provide choices through expanded experiential platforms to promote the culture of reading, creativity, imagination, and multi-sensory stimulation; a comprehensive experience beyond textbooks and tests. CLF has remained an equaliser to ALL school systems; it soon offered thture Festival (TLFs) to adopt innovative methodologies & empowering children as learners.
