With 40 years of experience, Dr. Farrukh Seir has served as a professor and instructor in various fields, including HRD, health sciences, and management. Notable roles include Chief Executive of the Pakistan Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences and Minister of Higher Education/Health during a caretaker government.

He has excelled in disaster management and rehabilitation, leading medical relief teams during major crises.
